Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings
2 cups apple cider
1-1/2 to 2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Process cider, ice cream, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg in food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Serve immediately.

1 cup Sugar
3 tsp Lime Juice Concentrate
3 cups Soda Water
6 tbsp Creme DeMenthe
6 oz. thawed Lemonade Concentrate
Dissolve sugar into soda water. Add lime juice and lemonade and bring to
boil. Remove from heat and add Creme DeMenthe. Chill.
To serve, combine 3 parts syrup to 5 parts water.
Yield: Approx. 2/3 gal.

6 ounces of freshly squeezed and very cold orange juice.
2 ounces of freshly squeezed and very cold tangerine juice.
2 orange rind twists.
2 very, very thin orange slices.
1 lime cut in half.
3 ounces of cranberry juice.
1 ounce of pomegranate juice.
4 drops of vanilla extract.
1 ounce of seltzer water.
- Add all of your juices and vanilla extract to a shaker 1/2 full with cracked ice.
- Shake for a full minute.
- Squeeze in the juice of your lime and swirl the shaker ten times.
- Strain into 2 large, frozed martini glasses.
- Top each glass with an orange slice and one orange twist.
- Slowly pour one tablespoon of seltzer into each glass (over the orange).

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon (or lime) juice
Ice cubes or crushed ice
6 cups sparkling water or club soda
optional: pinch of salt
- To make the simple syrup, combine 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
- Continue cooking without stirring for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is clear and the consistency of light syrup.
- Remove pan from heat and allow to cool completely.
- Either use immediately or pour into a clean, dry jar and refrigerate, covered tightly, until ready to use. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
- To make lemon soda: In a pitcher, combine 1 cup simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir to mix well.
- Fill six glasses with crushed ice; then pour 1/4 cup of lemon syrup in each glass. Fill the rest of the way with sparkling water, stir, and serve immediately.
- Stir in salt if desired.

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker / stirrer and pour into an unusually shaped glass. Add Crushed Ice and decorations to create a great speciality drink from an easy to make recipe!
For a more unusual spin, add a few drops of green food coloring, or alternatively if you're not worried about alcohol content, add some Midori to the mix too!
Virgin Hurricane

3 oz orange juice
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz sweet-and-sour mix
1/2 oz grenadine
In Hurricane glass or tall glass, pour juices over ice.
Top with grenadine syrup.
Garnish with fresh pineapple and orange slices.
Pepsi Milk
1/2 cup of whole white milk (you can use your favorite kind, but the higher the fat content, the higher the flavor)
1/2 cup of Pepsi
Pour milk into glass.
Top with Pepsi.
Stir if desired.
Mild-Eyed Margaritas

2 cups lemon or lime soda
2 tablespoons sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt
Crushed ice
Pour soda into ice cube tray or shallow pan, freeze.
Place frozen soda in blender, add lime juice and sugar.
Blend until well-mixed.
Rub lime around rim of glass and then dip glass into salt.
Pour mixture over crushed ice and then into salted rim glasses.
Garnish with lime slice.
Mock Champagne

2/3 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Water
1 cup Grapefruit juice
1/2 cup Orange juice
3 tablespoons Grenadine syrup
28 ounces Ginger ale -- chilled
Combine sugar and water in saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil and boil 10 minutes. Cool. Add sugar syrup to grapefruit and orange juices. Chill thoroughly. Add grenadine and ginger ale just before serving.
